## What it calculates

Our date calculator online counts the days between two dates, plus weeks, working days, and the difference in years, months and days. It adds and subtracts days, weeks, months and years, and works out your exact age, how many days you've lived and how long until your next birthday.

Use it to work out a contract term, the days left until a vacation or a deadline, length of service, a child's age in days, or the date 90 days from now. Leap years and daylight saving changes are handled automatically.

## How to use it

1. Pick a tab: Between dates, Add / subtract or Age.
2. Choose dates with the wheel. The “T” key sets today.
3. If you need it, turn on “Include end date”.

## FAQ

**How are working days counted?**

As Monday through Friday. Public holidays aren't taken into account, since they're different everywhere.

**Can I subtract days from a date?**

Yes, enter a negative number on the “Add / subtract” tab.

**How do I find out what day of the week it will be in 100 days?**

On the “Add / subtract” tab, pick today's date and add 100 days. Calcie shows the resulting date along with the day of the week.

**Does the “Dates” mode work offline?**

Yes. Calcie does all its math right on your device, so the mode works on a plane, on the subway and out of town. Nothing is sent to any server, and the answer appears instantly.

**Is “Dates” available on iPad and Mac?**

Yes. On iPad the mode has its own layout with larger fields, and on a Mac with Apple Silicon Calcie runs in its iPad version and works from the keyboard. Your Premium purchase applies on every device signed in with your Apple ID.

**How do I switch to the “Dates” mode?**

Open the modes menu, the icon at the top left of the calculator's main screen, and choose “Dates”. Calcie remembers your choice: next time the app opens right in that mode.
