FunWorks is a small studio, so every message lands with the people who actually build our apps. Whether you love Calcie, found a bug or have an idea for a new theme, we'd be glad to hear from you.

We read every email ourselves and usually reply within a few days. Write in any language you like.

## Enjoying our apps? Leave a review

Reviews in the App Store mean more to a small studio than you might think. They help other people find Calcie, and they tell us what to keep and what to improve. Even a couple of words make our day.

If something annoys you, please don't keep it to yourself: tell us in the review or, better still, by email. A review can't be answered with a fix, but an email can.

## Something isn't working?

Sorry about that! Write to us and we'll sort it out. To help us find the cause faster, add a few details:

- the app version (shown at the bottom of Settings);
- your device and iOS version, for example iPhone 15, iOS 18;
- what you did and what happened instead;
- a screenshot or a short screen recording, if you can.

Many questions already have answers on the support page: restoring Premium, widgets, themes and modes.

## Ideas and wishes

A lot of what's in Calcie today started as someone's email: new modes, themes, small conveniences. If you're missing a calculator, a theme or a feature, tell us. We keep a list of every idea and come back to it when we plan updates.

Have an idea for a whole new app? Write to us as well. We make apps for fun, and the next one might just be yours.

## About the studio

FunWorks is an independent studio from Almaty, Kazakhstan. We make friendly, carefully designed apps with no accounts, no clutter and no fuss. Calcie: Cute Calculator is our first app, and it's available in forty languages.

## Quick answers

**How quickly do you reply?**

Usually within a few days. We're a small team, so it can take a little longer around holidays, but we answer every message.

**Can I write in my own language?**

Yes. Write in whatever language is comfortable for you, and we'll do our best to reply in the same language.

**I bought Premium, but it isn't showing. What should I do?**

Open Settings → Premium and tap “Restore Premium”, using the same Apple ID you bought it with. If that doesn't help, email calcie@funworks.app and we'll figure it out together.

**Do you collect my data when I write to you?**

We only see what you send us: your email address and your message. We use them to reply and don't share them with anyone. The details are in our privacy policy.
