Premium and purchases

Is Premium a subscription?

No. It's a one-time purchase: pay once and it's yours for good, with no monthly charges.

How do I restore Premium on a new device?

Open Settings → Premium and tap Restore Premium. Sign in to the App Store with the same Apple ID you bought with. If the purchase isn't found, check the Apple ID in your iPhone's settings.

I bought Premium, but the themes are still locked.

Close Calcie completely and open it again; checking a purchase can sometimes take a few seconds. If that doesn't help, tap Restore Premium. And if that doesn't work either, write to us.

How do I get a refund?

Refunds for App Store purchases are handled by Apple, and we can't influence them. You can submit a request at reportaproblem.apple.com.

Themes and modes

How do I change the theme?

Tap the gear → Themes, pick a collection and tap Install on the theme you want. You can search for a theme by name or color.

How do I switch modes?

Gear → Mode, then pick the one you need. Calcie remembers your choice and next time opens right in that mode.

Where are the exchange rates?

You enter the rate yourself. That way the converter works offline and calculates at exactly the rate you actually get. Calcie remembers the rate for each currency pair.

Why is there no tap sound?

Check the Sound toggle under "Sound, Animation & Look" and your iPhone's volume. If Sound is on but you still can't hear it, send us your iPhone model and iOS version.

Widget, icon and language

How do I add the widget?

Touch and hold the Lock Screen, tap Customize → Lock Screen, and add Calcie. You choose the widget icon in Calcie's Settings → Widget.

How do I change the app icon?

Gear → Icon, then pick the one you like. iOS will show a system message about the icon change, which is normal.

How do I change the language?

Gear → Language. Pick any of the forty languages. Your iPhone's language is at the top of the list: choose it and Calcie will follow the system language.
